WHAT IS SATRAFO
Food safety certification scheme for smaller food businesses.
When other certification schemes maybe too expensive to obtain, the SATRAFO approval demonstrates that a food business produces, sells, and supplies food that is safe and traceable and that they operate to standards that exceed the minimum legal requirement.

The Certification is completely free and is granted to food businesses that are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce safe food and continue to meet the requirements of the SATRAFO standards.
